Westside Fire Protection District is an emergency services provider to the residents and visitors of approximately 31 square miles in Bonner County Idaho. The fire District was organized in 1972 and is broken into three sub districts. Each sub district has an elected fire commissioner. The fire district has a resident population of approximately 5,032. Our district boundaries include the City of Dover, Community of Laclede and other unincorporated areas ranging from the Pend Oreille River to the homes, farms and forests north. We provide wildland and structural fire protection, vehicle extrication, technical rescue as well as initial hazardous materials responses.
Our main station and administrative offices are in Dover Idaho at 825 Railroad Ave.
Business Hours are Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
Station 2 is located at 64 Moore Loop Road in Laclede Idaho
Station 3 is located at 15 Helen Thompson Rd. Wrenco Loop
The public meeting of the Westside Fire District Board of Commissioners is held the third Thursday of each month at 5 PM at Station #1 825 Railroad Ave., Dover Idaho
